AGC Scaffolding is a friendly, family run business based between Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire, providing commercial and domestic services to the building & construction Industry. Our fleet of vehicles range from 7.5 tonne to 18 tonne.
We pride ourselves on first class health and safety for each project we take on, and having our own Health & Safety consultants ensures all documents have been prepared by NEBOSH qualified personnel, covering The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, The Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999, Successful Health & Safety Management ( HSG65) to name a few.
ACG Scaffolding are Safe Contractor accredited which has been achieved following an assessment of our health & safety documentation, and compared against the SafeContractor Charter Standards, which set out the health & safety standards required to achieve accreditation.
We also annually renew our CHAS accreditations after showing compliance with their standards in line with the core criteria & H&S legislation, SSIP to acknowledge our H&S Management Systems compliance with the SSIP Standard, and SMAS showing that we meet SSIP Criteria, Environmental Management, Quality Management, Professional standing, Anti-bribery & modern slavery.
We have a good contract with loss adjusters, covering Herts, Beds, Bucks and London as we specialise in providing temporary roofs for fire damaged properties.
Our contracts vary from small scale builders, through to larger companies and Chemical factories.
Employees of ACG Scaffolding working on construction sites hold valid CISRS/CSCS cards. This confirms the holder has met the necessary Health & Safety requirements as well as completing the required training and qualifications for the work they carry out on site.
